it's so funny that after i learned this beat i kept finding myself playing it over and over again just to say that i could play drums but now i know a lot more beats,...sometimes i learn jared's beats then i improvise a little bit and it comes out sounding awesome this is a very good beginner beat - Caleb Watson

It might be something Jared could go over during one of the live video lessons. I don't think this is the correct forum for it however. This topic covers the basic "how to play" lesson - not tuning techniques. You could PM Jared with your request and please feel free to search the forums. When i first started with no drum kit about i year ago i used to practise the beat using my hands on my knees. It really helped me get started, and when i got a drumkit i built up more complex beats from there. Thanks for helping me get started.
