I have been doing these with my feet on the double bass pedal. Hello shins!!!!! Reminds me of my first few times on a snowboard. Feel the burn!!!
Started REALLY slow and sped up after catching the pattern. I like it. Its a good "burn down" for me.
Cant wait to be able to do more of the rudiments with my feet. Get some speed and agility down there.

and yes, I am slowing it way down for practice. It works out both of my legs the same and thats what Im looking for right now. Pretty out of shape. Ya dig?
