So I am looking at selling my current kit and getting something from Whitney Drums. My current kit is a Gretsch Renown Maple in Silver Slate Sparkle. It is a five piece. I'm selling it as a shell pack plus tom clamps. It's a virgin bass.
Sizes are:
10 x 8
12 x 9
14 x 14
18 x 22
5.5 x 14

Yes, that's right it has a snare too.

All the drums have diecast hoops and sound great. All of the drums besides the snare have stock Evans heads on them. The toms have clear G2 heads and the bass has a clear Emad head. The snare has a new Evans Hybrid coated snare head. The Hybrid head is almost $60 alone from the Evans website and it will last you forever. The reso bass head has just been changed out as well. It is now an Evans EQ3.

Images are located here

Edit: Jeez, I forgot an asking price. I'm looking for $1000.
There is one issue currently with the kit. The front bass drum hoop cracked at one point in the past so I replaced it with a gloss black hoop.

It might help to let members know what is included. Is it a shell pack or kit? What hardware is included (if any)? The picture shows cymbals and the whole works.

hmm, didn't think of that. This is a shell pack listing. I am including the tom mounts with the kit with the clamp to mount them to a stand. The mounts are Gibraltar ball in socket mounts and are in great condition. The price is negotiable to a point. Keep in mind that Musicians friend has the exact same kit as a scratch and dent deal which they are selling for more money. There's also no info listed on that kit so you don't know what you're getting. You usually can't get a Renown Maple with a snare for this price, you usually can't even get a 4 piece for this price. I've listed the only things wrong with the kit which are minor at best, the only reason I'm selling it is so I can get a Whitney drum kit. I love this kit and wish I could keep this and get the other one as well, but the economy doesn't agree. You will never need to upgrade your kit again!

The "Scratch 'n' Dent" on MusiciansFriend is actually cheaper. (MF Kit) But not by much. I do agree that since there's not any info listed on there, you don't know what you're really getting. From past experiences, the Scratch 'n' Dent's I got usually were nothing more than a paint chip, small scratch and/or something loose.

Oops my bad, I actually meant to make mine cheaper so price has been reduced to $1000.

To sell that for whitney drums is a sin.

Ok, I want it to go on the record I am not the one telling these people to say this is one of the best quality kits out there. The reviews are in and this is a great kit not only by my standards.

No, but I'm not that interested in selling to deal with stupid people on Craigslist at the moment.
